ClickShare in three words? Efficient, user-friendly and innovative!
The Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Midi is a dynamic, upper midscale hotel that mainly targets tech-savvy travellers and business people who seek real value for money. Located conveniently nearby Brussels’ Midi railway station, the hotel is a popular meeting place that hosts meetings for around 10,000 business people per year. To cater to its customers’ growing needs for mobility, flexibility and information sharing, Park Inn by Radisson introduced the ‘Smart Meetings and Events’ concept in 2014. The Smart Meetings and Events offering includes meetings by the hour - or Meet-Inn Box -, Smart Food, Surf4Free WiFi connections and – in Brussels - the latest AV equipment, including ClickShare.
Connectivity to the max
“Our ‘Smart Meetings and Events’ package is centered around solutions that promote Connection, Choice and Community,” explains Björn Kleijkers, Operations Manager. “ClickShare perfectly fits the idea of Connection. Users are connected and ready to put their presentation on the screen just by taking the ClickShare button and plugging it in. You can even put your content on the wall via mobile phones and tablets, and several people can share their screens at the same time. Everyone who’s ever used ClickShare testifies to how easy it is to use.”
Efficient, user-friendly and innovative<
“In the past, we did have some big issues with cables in our meeting rooms,” adds Nuria Delbaere, Meetings and Events Coordinator. “As ClickShare is wireless, that is a thing of the past now. If I had to describe ClickShare in three words, I’d say ‘efficient, user-friendly and very innovative for our customers’.” Just the tool that Delbaere and her colleagues needed to further grow the number of people booking a meeting at Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Midi.
