, today announced that it has been ranked the number one Home Video company in the annual Supplier Loyalty Report by inside track for the fourth consecutive year. The report is based on an independent survey of consumer electronics retailers and custom installers throughout North America.
“Epson garnered the number one overall ranking in the Home Video group for the fourth year in a row thanks to its ongoing efforts to deliver consistent, high-performance products, coupled with an unwavering commitment to provide dealers the right combination of pricing, support and inventory options,” said Gisela Schoell, editor, inside track. “Leveraging open dealer communications, Epson focuses their offering and service to give dealers what they need to successfully sell front projection and maximize revenues and profit.”
Epson received number one rankings in seven out of 16 categories, including Product Reliability, Inventory Turns, Price Protection, Tech Support, Resolution of Service Issues, Quality of Sales Reps, and Ease of Doing Business. Epson also ranked second in Business Programs and Just in Time Delivery; third in Product Performance and Dealer Training; and fourth in Assortment, Distribution Policies and Margin.
