The UXP-TRM4K modular AV gateway accepts a single HDMI input and HDMI output, in addition to audio and HID. The UXP-TRM4K is a modular device and is installed in an Evertz rack mount modular frame. This approach offers flexibility and density as well as a secure and reliable solution for mounting next to servers. In addition to an HDMI input and output the UXP-TRM4K can send and receive embedded audio, discrete audio, and HID USB over your IP network.

Using 1Gbps Ethernet the UXP-TRM4K encapsulates video, audio, control data at the same time. The UXP-TRM4K encompasses an HDMI 2.0a input and output and transports AV data with ultra low latency over its 1GbE links.

The UXP-TRM4K is a managed element of the NUCLEUS platform which is controlled by the NUCLEUS Session Manager - a full featured centralized management server used for the configuration, control, and orchestration of the UXP AV gateways. Any combination of UXP AV gateways can be interconnected using a COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) network switch and then configured and managed by the NUCLEUS Session Manager.
