Visix Launches Online User Community

Atlanta, GA – Visix, Inc., a leading developer of web-enabled communications software, launched its new online community at http://www.visixforum.com. The web site is open to Visix clients, partners, resellers and distributors, as well as industry consultants, architects, designers and media professionals. This free platform gives the entire Visix community an interactive, collaborative environment for sharing information related to visual communications technology and the company’s suite of software applications.

The Visix Forum is a peer-to-peer message board with blogs and forums categorized by task-oriented topics pertaining to the AxisTV line of digital signage and targeted messaging software. Registered users can post questions, ideas and tips; share creative content, policies and news; and access Visix-provided user resources. The forum also contains useful links to Visix-produced online training modules, white papers, newsletter articles, and customer case studies.

The site is not an official customer support channel. Visix representatives will monitor the forum to ensure no technically inaccurate or offensive content is posted but will not actively pursue forum threads.

”We want our customers to talk with one another. AxisTV users in various environments can gain huge benefits by tapping into the experience and resources of other Visix clients,” states Debbie Wilson-DeWitt, Marketing Communications Manager. “We want to encourage active, honest peer discussion of the applications, successes and challenges our clients are facing in their visual communications strategies.”

Visix employees may also participate in the forum, commenting on corporate, marketing, sales, client services and software development issues.
