Company enables clients to explore Microsoft Teams Rooms offerings with live or virtual demonstrations.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN—Diversified, a leading global technology solutions provider, is expanding the way they present much needed collaboration solutions to clients, bringing the best of Microsoft Teams Rooms offerings under one roof. Located in Diversified’s Indianapolis office, the new Microsoft Experience Center lets the client explore how the solution works—either via live or virtual demonstrations—guided by one of Diversified’s collaboration technology specialists to fully understand the platform’s ecosystem and the associated long-term benefits.

“Our new Microsoft Experience Center gives clients unparalleled access to and understanding of the collaboration platform when exploring which offering is the right fit for their organization,” says Anthony Cuellar, senior vice president of strategy and global alliances, Diversified. “Recognizing the need for this unique space, Microsoft partnered with Diversified to bring clients closer to the solution’s possibilities than ever before and experience them first-hand prior to making any big decisions.”

Given the rise in market demand for Microsoft Teams Rooms, especially since the pandemic, these demonstrations let clients not only experience the platform system workflows but also how the latest hardware solutions create an ecosystem that unify everything and strengthen interoperability to truly bring the solution to life.

“At Diversified, we understand that embracing cloud-based technologies and adopting a new UC platform is not a decision to be taken lightly. It requires the input and consideration of several different stakeholders to fully leverage the organizational benefits,” says Derek Paquin, vice president of Diversified’s Microsoft Alliance program. “The center offers both live and virtual demos—whichever is more conducive to the needs of the client—where end users can see, touch and experience Teams and interact with the features that could be beneficial for their needs.”

Mehryn Corrigan, partner sales executive at Microsoft adds, “Never before have end users been able to see and touch not only our products but also, how they could live and breathe within a real workplace environment. This Experience Center is one of a kind, and I am really excited to be able to bring clients here to show them the difference our UC solutions can make.”
